May 24 Sydney | Discussion Forum Future of the ASR SME Self-Mentoring Program

May 18, 2018 By

This event is an interactive facilitated workshop-style discussion forum.

Date and Time
Thursday 24 May 2018
3:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Venue
Cox Richardson Architects and Planners
Level 6,155 Clarence Street
Sydney, NSW 2000

Generously hosted by Cox Architects, and facilitated by the Chair of the ASR Board, this discussion forum is designed to give ASR’s SME members and SME associates an opportunity to determine for themselves how they might like to take forward the SME self-mentoring activities sponsored by ASR over the last two years.

ASR SME members, including member organisations representing SMEs, and SME associates are also invited to consider whether they might wish to take up the opportunity to make a submission to, or attend a Roundtable consultation with, the Joint Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade enquiry into “Access to FTAs by SMEs”. Details about the Enquiry are available at http://www.aph.gov.au/jfadt.

This Forum also enables ASR-related SMEs to consider whether and how they might like to take up an invitation from the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO) for participation in its Policy Forum Working Groups on Workplace Relations, Contracting, Energy Cost, Cybersecurity, access to Justice, Digitalisation and NBN and Human Capital.
