The nominations for the ASR Board and executive positions and formal notice of the AGM are being emailed to Members. All financial members of ASR are encouraged to consider nominating. ASR’s CEOIan Birks, ceo at servicesaustralia.org.au is happy to answer questions. The AGM will be held in the office of the Financial Services Council, Sydney at 5pm.
After the AGM, there will be a Dinner for ASR Members and guests starting at 6:30pm.
As dinner speaker, we have secured a rising star from the Coalition, Mr Paul Fletcher MP, Member for Bradfield, who has a well developed understanding of the modern services, knowledge-based economy. He is the first MP to refer to Nudge Economics in his maiden speech.
ASR’s outgoing Executive Director Andrew McCredie will reflect on the achievements realised by ASRover the past five years.
It will also be a great opportunity to meet new ASR CEO, Ian Birks, the new Board and catch up with other ASR members about the issues facing the services sector in the coming year.
